Due to continued success there is now a requirement for a Trainee Field Sales Executive to join their growing sales team.

You will enjoy intensive training which will take place over 3 to 6 months and cover all elements of the sales process from sourcing and creating opportunities via telephone and networking events to conducting meetings with prospective clients, product training, presenting and closing business to attending service visits and providing ongoing service.

This role is initially based from the sales office so you can see the sales process from start to finish whilst gaining industry experience. Creating meetings for a Field Sales Partner to attend an excellent telephone manner is essential. Once comfortable on the telephone you will then begin attending meetings with your Sales Partner to observe the next stage of the sales process.

Once you have achieved the ability to attend your own meetings with no assistance a company car / allowance and phone will be provided.

Applicants need to have previous telephone based experience, a highly motivated and confident approach and a natural sales flair.

Basic salary c12k-18k (depending on entry level) + uncapped commission and 1st year OTE of £30k!
