About the Vacancy
We are working in partnership with a market leading organisation in order to recruit a management information analyst to join their professional team. The main objective will be to provide the timely provision of comprehensive management information to support the site in order to shape the ways that data is collected, tracked, reported and interpreted.
The main duties of the MI Analyst will be to provide regular reporting and analysis on the full range of data held on and extracted from the different company systems. This will include ensuring the monthly provision and analysis of management information to support the production of the Board Reporting. You will be involved in creating tools and processes to receive, input, interpret; extract and present core MI Data. Whilst successfully creating and producing high quality reports, spreadsheets, statistics and other MI data in most appropriate format Additional responsibilities will include validating the quality of the information held within the company database and the continuous review of both processes and systems with a view to improving the information held and report on.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you are highly numerate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. With a proven track record of providing Business Analysis and interpretation of data, experience ideally gained within commercially focussed organisation. You will require excellent IT skills – Advanced in the use of all Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
