We are working with an entrepreneurial organisation that are looking to bring their web development and search engine optimisation in house by employing a permanent Web / SEO specialist to join their expanding team.

The company has already developed their website and will expect the successful candidate to continue maintenance, make content updates and take control primarily of Search Engine Optimisation.

You will be responsible for ensuring increased web traffic through the effective use of Search Engine Optimisation including; Monthly reporting on key word rankings, links acquired and monthly traffic, improving and expanding the content and quality of content as well as improving navigational architecture.  Other projects will include; Setting up and managing blogs, social networking and managing Pay Per Click campaigns.

To be considered you will be an enthusiastic individual with solid skills in online marketing strategies. You should have had experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and PPC (Pay Per Click), and any experience in Google Ad-words will also be beneficial. You will be creative with a track record of success in your career. You must have previous experience of increasing companies' profits and Website traffic through SEO, PPC, traffic diverting etc.
