About the Vacancy
We are currently represented one of East Lancashire's finest Chartered Accountancy firms with the appointment of Senior Audit Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Audit Manager or Senior Audit Professional with a proven background of leading a highly profitable audit function to play an integral part in the success and profitability of the business.
As part of the Senior Management team you will be required to manage your own portfolio of clients for the business; as well as delivering your technical expertise and audit knowledge to your team. In addition you will take responsibility for the preparation of budgets and reports for the department as well as identifying new business opportunities to enhance on profitability for the business.
To succeed within this role applicants must be ACA or ACCA qualified and have at least four years post qualification experience in a purely audit role. In addition you must have evidence of managing a team within a successful audit environment and also strong technical abilities; as you will be required to training and develop your team at all levels of their career.
