About the Vacancy
Professional Recruitment Partner are working with a fantastic company who require administration support due to planned business growth.
Working within a small open plan environment you will take responsibility for:
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquires
- Transferring calls, taking messages and liaising with colleagues
- Chasing up suppliers and keeping clients updated
- Inputting purchase orders and liaising with accounts regarding invoices
This role will also be heavily involved with the marketing team so you will have the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks in this department; proof reading, writing up web content and liaising with media contacts to name just a few!
To apply for this role you must be IT literate, confident on the telephone and be comfortable chasing up customers in order for deadlines to be met
Previous office experience is not essential but you must be a quick learner and be able to adapt to this fast moving industry
