About the Vacancy
We are currently recruiting for a number of permanent Customer Service Administrators for a company within the Blackburn area.
The role will involve working within a busy customer service environment taking responsibility for a variety of tasks. These will include;
- Answering inbound calls and assisting clients with their enquiries
- Taking order requirements and inputting onto system
- Liaising with other internal departments i.e. marketing, accounts and production
You will be required to assist with all general administration and you must be IT literate to apply for this role.
