About the Vacancy
We have a number of roles within collections where your main responsibility will be to assist customers get back on track with any financial difficulties. This department is very customer focused and they are looking for collections advisors who will empathise and understand the customer needs.
Your day to day duties will include:
Receiving incoming calls regarding general queries and account updates
Discussing alternative payment plans and payment methods
Informing customers of late payments and gaining commitment for payment
Assessing customers financial difficulties
Processing paperwork and updated in house systems
You must have previous collections / debt recovery experience to apply for this role.
