About the Vacancy
Due to continued expansion our client a well recognised financial services organisation requires a senior compliance analyst. Your main objectives will be to issue management information throughout the business and ensure that business assurance reviews are conducted in a timely manner. If successful you will play a key role in driving forward a risk based approach to ensure the business is compliant with the relevant regulations.
This is an extremely high profile role where you will be involved in liaising regularly with senior decision makers within the business.
Your main duties will involve;
- Assisting with completion of the annual compliance monitoring plan - focusing on key regulatory risks.
- Undertaking and leading reviews of all operational areas of the business - focusing on compliance to regulatory / legislative requirements.
- Following up the implementation of the recommendations of reviews and monitor progress.
- Overseeing all management information.
- Keep up to date with regulative and legislative developments.
You will be supervising analysts on a daily basis, including coaching and training.
To be considered you must have previous experience within financial services (preferably mortgages). Ideal experience would come from compliance, risk or quality assurance. A Cemap qualified would be advantageous.
