About the Vacancy

Are you looking to use your language skills within a general accounting/purchase ledger environment? 

Would you like to play a key role within a highly respected multi million pound organisation based in Blackburn? If the answer is yes then you must read on...... Due to the on going success and growth of the company they are now looking to recruit a new Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their existing team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for match, batching and coding of daily invoices as well as weekly and monthly payment runs for all suppliers; payments for expense claims and statement reconciliation duties.  In addition you will liaise with suppliers and other departments regarding general queries and discrepancies ensuring issues are resolved promptly. 

Ideal applicants will have a previous purchase ledger background; but full training will be given to the right candidate with strong administrative experience.  In addition you will be fluent in German and possess outstanding communication skills.  In return you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and outstanding benefits. Interested?
