Our client currently recruiting for an Office Supervisor to join their busy team. This role will be pivotal in the monitoring of sales administration functions and accounts functions so some accounts experience is a must; such as Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Payroll.
Our client currently recruiting for an Office Supervisor to join their busy team. This role will be pivotal in the monitoring of sales administration functions and accounts functions so some accounts experience is a must; such as Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Payroll.
You will expected to; provide weekly statistics; reporting sales turnover, weekly and monthly cashflow position; ordering all raw materials and packaging, discussing any quality issues with the Quality Manager; credit control support to accounts administration where needed; various month end procedures such as cashflow, debtor days and sales by product (quantity and price).
To be considered you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be diligent and attentive to detail. You must also have experience in computer systems such as Sage line 50 and Sage payroll, Word and Excel
