About the Vacancy
Our well recognised niche manufacturer requires a proven Account / Business Manager to oversee one of their major retail accounts.
You will be tasked with developing and leading this account to maintain and grow sales and deliver agreed revenue contribution.
You will be liaising heavily with the retailer's buying team, merchandising and supply chain department in order to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
Part of your role will involve setting, monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of sales plan and taking corrective action where necessary.
It is essential you are commercially aware and can identify competitive threats within the business and ensure they are communicated where possible. You must understand product in the context of the retailer's sales and communicating any key area of strength/weakness
To be considered you will have proven experience of national accounts preferably within a multiple retailer market.
