Permanent Customer Service & Account Management position in Accrington
Pay: £14,000/year
About the Vacancy
We are working on behalf of a large financial services organisation who are recruiting for experienced customer service individuals with experience of Credit Management / Arrears or Debt Collections.
The main responsibility of this role is to help customers from all walks of life, who are experiencing financial difficulties to get back on track.
Your general duties will include:
- Receiving incoming call regarding general queries, account updates
- Discussing payment details and payment plans
- Informing customers of late payments and gaining commitment for payment
- Assessing customers financial difficulties and negotiating payment plans
- Processing customer paperwork and updated in house systems
You must have previous collections experience to apply for this role.
