Due to planned expansion our market leading client requires a Supply Chain Professional to join their growing team.

Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain your key responsibilities will be extremely varied including; new product development, forecasting and quality control.

Manufacturing is currently based in Europe so you will be expected to be a key point of contact for arranging time lines for deliveries, pre-production and product specifications to ensure current and valid information.

In addition you will set up new products and conduct regular meetings with design and sales to ensure communication flow.

You will also be responsible for the internal co-ordination of forecasting for production of existing, promotional, and new products for the manufacturers.

In addition you will liaise with the logistics manager to ensure sub contracted warehouses are fully prepared for upcoming activity

Once product has arrived you will oversee quality checks on new products, including packaging and presentation and feedback to factories of any problems to a satisfactory outcome.

To be considered you will need some previous experience within a supply chain capacity. You will be highly competent in IT especially Excel.
