About the Vacancy
Due to the ongoing success of my client a highly successful financial services organisation; they are now in a position to recruit for their operational improvement division for a Work Out Analyst. This is a newly created role where you will be part of a small team supporting the business in the identification and implementation of various process improvements; developing standard methodology for process improvement using Lean Sigma and Work Out.
As part of this team you will assist in the coordination and implementation of various Work Out programmes through to the deliver of targeted improvements through the application of Work Out. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your awareness of process management, improvement, facilitation and implementation techniques as well as your project management skills.
Successful applicants must have previous experience in the application of the Work Out Process or Lean Sigma as well as proven experience in the facilitation or implementation of various processes.
