We require a number of consultants to work in an inbound call centre environment. You will be provided with an intensive induction and training programme and will work in small teams in order to deal with payment collections over the phone.
The main objective of the role is to deal with simple arrears calls, with support to escalate difficult queries to more experienced staff.
You will also complete all associated administration received in the form of solicitor's correspondence, referrals and court pack production.
To be considered you must have either 5 GCSEs Grade C or above to include English and Maths or relevant qualifications or a minimum of two years call centre experience.
