About the Vacancy

A fast expanding company with exciting growth plans are looking for Customer Service professionals to join a new department they are currently creating.

This department will be a front line, first point of call to provide advice and answer queries for their technical team.   You will be required to liaise with both external and internal customers on a day to day basis to help resolve technical issues and queries. These calls will be fairly high volume but the emphasis will be on quality not quantity.  No industry knowledge is required as full product training will be provided but to be successful you will already have worked in a highly professional customer service environment and be capable of providing efficient and friendly advice to customers across a number of different potential situations.  

This role will be varied and interesting and the company are only looking for the highest calibre of customer focussed applicants.
