About the Vacancy

 A unique opportunity has arisen with one of East Lancashire’s major service organisations for a highly skilled training and development coach to join their training function; giving prime focus to their Credit Collections division. 

This is a newly created role within the business due to the rapid expansion of the Credit Collections function.  The department now requires the knowledge and expertise of a coach to assist in the growth and development within the business; through the delivery of various learning solutions including mentoring, training and facilitation, presentation and one to one coaching. 

Suitable applicants will have experience of managing and coaching within an operation or service sector environment; but a background of credit collections would be desirable to develop credibility as an expert within the business.
