Temporary PA & Administration position in Blackburn
About the Vacancy
Working for a local company this role will include support to a small but extremely busy team.
Your duties will include all administration support i.e. typing letters, updating the database and collating and distribution of reports to management. You will liaise with a number of internal and external departments and be the first point of contact for any queries. This is a very busy and varied role where you will learn a variety of new duties and also utilise your existing skills. The company offers a lot of progression and after your FTC you could have the opportunity of applying for other internal roles.
This role is to start ASAP to have a sufficient handover.
You must have administration experience to apply for this role and ideally have strong IT skills with Excel and various databases.
