A top ten Civil Engineering organisation are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to work in the North west region. The successful candidate will be responsible for; 

• Providing and maintaining all necessary setting out for the works
• Keeping of records and logs as instructed/requested by site management
• Assisting in the construction of the proposed scheme
• Maintaining a drawing register
• Liaising with Client/Consultant to ensure compliance with all specifications and regulations
• Raising technical queries and keeps accurate records
• Keeping records and logs as instructed/requested by the Site Agent
• Maintaining drawing register
• Producing detailed inspection requests
• Highlighting value engineering solutions and potential engineering risks
• Working within the BMS, HSQE, CSR guidelines and promote on all projects
• Producing accurate and timely material reconciliations
• Assisting with the take off and requisition of materials and plant associated with project.

  Applicants will be highly skilled at setting out and use of Auto Cad, be able to manipulate electronic setting out information and download to instruments. You will also be competent at producing permits to dig, site sketches and comfortable in managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents.

You will also ideally be degree qualified but this is not essential if you have a strong work history and you will also have experience in managing a team of engineers within Civils projects
