We are working on behalf of one of the fastest growing business in the North West and we need experienced, customer focused individuals to join their team.  

Based within a small but extremely busy contact centre you will take responsibility for dealing with customers queries, resolving issues, liaising with internal departments and recording all conversations on their in house database. You will be dealing with a prestigious client base, so a polite and articulate telephone manner is essential.   

Due to current business growth there will be a lot of career potential within this organisation and they continue to award staff with incentives / bonuses etc. 

You must be degree calibre and ideally have previous telephone based customer service experience to apply for these roles.

Salary £12,000 - £15,000
