About the Vacancy
Due to increased workload this specialist manufacturer and service organisation requires a CAD Designer to join their large team. Your main aim will be to produce manufacturing drawing using 3D AutoCad 2006 Modelling from concept to development. You will therefore work closely with the manufacturing and service team in order to encourage continuous development.You will ideally have relevant engineering/manufacturing experience although graduate level positions are available. Your duties will include; Designing systems, drawing amendments, file management, tracking and archiving, site drawings, development in line with Quality assurance systems and liaison with internal and external customers. The customer liaison is an important aspect of the role and strong communication skills are essential as there may also be the requirement to go on site from time to time but full financial reimbursement is available.
