Working from the Head Office of this large manufacturing and service organisation the successful candidate will report in to the Managing Director and be solely responsible for the administration and development of the company’s management systems, covering Quality, Auditing and Health & Safety.

This is a varied role which is heavily strategic and planning focussed whilst still requiring a “hands on” mentality and communication with internal staff and external customers.

The main tasks include;
• Implementation of corrective / preventive action.
• Monitoring and reporting of management system KPIs.
• Supplier appraisals.
• Drafting documentation for new or modified products and services, including all QA, H&S aspects.
• Assisting in other management duties as agreed from time to time, e.g. administration of Health & Safety, C.D.M., COSHH, calibration.

The successful applicant will be qualified in Health and Safety and have a strong understanding of Health & Safety issues..
