Working for a major financial service company you will supervise the Analysis team ensuring accurate handling of all Management Information and business requirements. You will be responsible to lead, motivate and encourage the team and promote interaction with the business to ensure business SLAs are met.

You will be measured on your team's ability to perform strategic business research and analysis for various components of the business.  Prioritise business requests to ensure tasks are undertaken methodically, and in accordance with business need. Provide consultation and support to various strategic committees and programs.

You will be challenged to introduce process, controls and service levels for the team to work to in order for the team to be consistently responsive to businesses needs.

Main duties include introducing and maintaining rigorous documented procedures, which are fully auditable so that all requirements and actions can be fully traced. To deal with the more complex requests which may come from the business, which may include, but are not limited to, ad hoc  Data Analysis/ Studies, Special Research, and any other tasks consistent with the position, utilising the team resource where appropriate.

You will be expected to comply with all company rules and procedures especially those relating to health & safety, FSA Compliance and data protection with an obligation to remain informed and up-to-date on all such matters

To be considered you will be organised and methodical, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets on a regular basis. You will be able to manage a team of individuals effectively, deal with internal and external customers, and be persuasive and able to work under pressure.

Ideally you will have a background in production and analysis of management information with extensive skills in the use of excel spreadsheets, relational databases (SQL and Crystal Reports) and along with MS Reporting Services.
