Recruitment Partner works on payment by results. We will operate the full PRP Process outlined below with an introduction fee only being charged when the employee starts work with you. The PRP Process is as follows and can be tailored to fit your requirements;
Initial Client Meeting: We will visit your organisation a take a full detailed job specification and gain knowledge of the company, staffing structures and future plans.
Short-listing: We source candidates using various methods; Internal database, Specialised Internet Job Boards and CV databases, Networking and Recommendations. We pre-screen all candidates and commit to meeting them for an in-house interview prior to submitting CVs. After which we provide shortlists of suitable candidates. Our CV's also contain profiles, salary expectations and reasons for submission.
Interviews: We provide full and detailed interview confirmation, commit to preparing interviewees fully with job descriptions, company information, salary expectations and directions. We will take full interview feedback from both parties.
Offer Management: We will handle the process from the point of offer though to start date, providing confirmations and dealing with counter offers
Ongoing Service: Regular follow-up calls to ensure the ongoing success of the placement and extensive guarantee.
