Candidate Charter

Our candidate charter outlines what professional standards can you, as a candidate, expect when you use Professional Recruitment Partner;

Our aim is to help you successfully achieve your career aspirations by taking the time to understand exactly what your employment needs are and then finding you the best employment solution.

We do this through using our extensive industry knowledge. Each of our consultants has an industry specific approach and established network of contacts within this industry sector. We have an in depth knowledge of the companies and people operating in the North West market. Professional Recruitment Partner will assign you a dedicated consultant with detailed knowledge of your industry working proactively on your behalf.

In order to make an informed decision, you need to know as much as possible about a position and the client organisation. Once you have been identified as a potential candidate, and have expressed an interest in a role, your consultant will always give you as complete and accurate information as he or she can about the company and the position.

To safeguard your confidentiality, your consultant will ensure that they;
• Always obtain your authorisation before submitting your CV to any organisation.
• Advise clients about confidentiality and the need for the utmost discretion.
• Not contact references provided by you without your express permission.

Although it can sometimes take time to effectively fill any job vacancy as there are many steps between initial contact and the ultimate hiring of a successful candidate, a consultant will always keep you fully informed at each and every step of the process.

We appreciate that due to work and domestic commitments it can be difficult to attend an interview, when scheduling appointments and interviews, your consultant will respect your time restrictions and your responsibilities to your employer.

For your convenience we are happy to schedule calls outside of office hours and to save you time we will always arrange to meet at a time that is convenient for you.

Your consultant will give you an honest and constructive appraisal of where you stand in regards to any job opportunity and will give as complete and detailed interview feedback as possible.

Your consultant will act as an intermediary in the negotiation of your salary and package. The consultant’s role is to facilitate open and effective communication between you and the client.

If you feel that any aspects of this charter are not fully adhered to please contact a Director as per our complaints procedure.
